Treason in the White House

President Bush DOES NOT believe in, or support, the Constitution of the United States. President Bush is allowing the State of Michigan to subvert the U.S. Constitution, and illegally restrain its citizens to protect the political and professional careers of Public Officials; Restraints caused by the enforcement of a State Law that has never been passed by the Michigan House of Representatives, thus violating the Rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. According to the U.S. Supreme Court, this is considered ‘Warring’ against the Constitution, and Treason (Ex Parte Young: 28 SC 460 at 463 (1908); Cooper v Aaron, 78 Sc 1401 (1958)).

At a minimum, the enactment and enforcement of a Law that was never passed by the Mich. House of Representative, violates the below listed crimes:

2. 18 USC §2382 - Misprision of Treason
3. 18 USC §2383 - Subversion
4. 18 USC §238 4 - Seditious Conspiracy
5. 18 USC §241 - Conspiracy Against Rights
6. 18 USC §238 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

Government Documents, and Judicial Records, that prove the illegality of Michigan’s actions, are in possession of U.S. Air Force SSgt M. Anderson, of Michigan. These records are also evidence of the above crimes, and of each person’s level of guilt.

President Bush has the Americans Military fighting and dying in the Middle East. Many believe they are doing it for the U.S. Constitution and the Rights it guarantees; A Constitution and Rights that the President Does not support, or believe in. This makes him a hypocrite and disgrace.........a Criminal.
